2022, Grand Ordinaire 

Organically farmed Delaware direct pressed then to barrel for ferment and aging. Bottled with the right amount of batonnage and fine less it retains a light carbonation. Rich mouthfeel with lemon tart, fermented butter and pineapple.

2022, Bourgeonment  

Organically farmed Delaware carbonic maceration at low temperatures to bring out the flavour. Direct pressed and aged in old barrels. After a year in bottle complex flavours such as osmanthus, vanilla and orange confit. Stunner.

2022, Vendange 

Whole bunch carbonic macerated Muscat Bailey A, blended with Syrah and Cabernet Franc. After 6 months grapes were pressed and left to stand before bottling. Rich flavours of blueberry and rosemary.
