From the winemaker - 

"This is an unreleased cuvée made using our own grapes. The vineyards in Kawasaki Town, which were cultivated in 2014, cover 2 hectares on the slopes of a caldera at an altitude of 300 meters, and grow approximately 15 varieties of grapes.

After gradually improving the situation to combat diseases and insect damage caused by rain and humidity, we were finally able to harvest one ton in 2023.

We expect to eventually harvest 15 tons, but until 2022 we will be blending grapes from trusted contracted farmers. From 2023, we will be brewing only with our own grapes. We will deliver a limited edition preview of our trajectory.
