Muscat Bailey A with it’s strong strawberry-like fruit flavour is blended with Siebel, which is full of tropical fruits. Siebel was brewed carbonic until the end of fermentation and then blended with Muscat Bailey A for primary fermentation in the bottle. Japanese Summer in a bottle.
