Delaware saw 2 weeks skin contact and then blended with a lightly skin contact of Steuben, Neo Muscat and Merlot. Mix of fermentation from whole bunch to amphora and stainless. Orange peel, Jasmin tea, umami.

Carbonic macerated Bailey A blended with a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon in bottle. Freshly cut strawberries with pleasant acidity. Umami. No-SO2.
