A field blend of Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Albariño, and Chardonnay grown in our own fields in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture. Six types of hand-picked grapes are destemmed and pressed together. Naturally fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. No added sulphates.

Les Vins Debrouillards, 2023, Zwei Not!?

100% Zweigelt organically grown in a field located at an altitude of 800m. Carbonic maceration highlights the youthfulness of the fruit, and the wine is bottled with a slight malolactic fermentation. This is a light red wine that opens with a slight bubbly sensation, and the fresh black berry flavours overflow rapidly. It will gain even more depth with a bit of cellaring, but it is also enjoyable right now!
